I visited today with a breat lump concern .I had an appointment with dr Carmichael within a week. This lady does her career proud absolutely lovely,reassuring and full of information. I would truly like to say thank you to dr Carmichael and Rachel her assistant and all of the wonderful staff who took care of me. A big thank you to Dr Sharma who has a delightful character and to Amy who was great support. To Hannah and Jordon who again were just so nice.

Mrs Carmichael was very reassuring, compassionate and professional. She explained everything clearly and her approach made the whole process so much more manageable. She took into account my problem with keloid scarring to minimise the impact of surgery. I could not of hoped for better treatment.

This doctor was friendly and approachable. She explained new terms to me in an unhurried way and also explained the process which was right for my situation. She answered my questions and was patient and compassionate throughout, when I was frightened about learning that I had cancer. Today when she told me all the cancer had been removed in the operation, she seemed genuinely delighted to explain that further treatment was preventative only. Her approach is exactly what I want to experience in a consultant surgeon and I cannot thank her enough.

I give good praise for Dr Carmichael I felt she listened to me gave great advice was very friendly and had respect . I would definitely trust her and would greatly recommend her to anyone . I would like you to thank her for getting me through the difficult time she is an excellent Dr and a great person .
